My journey has taken me from frontline team member as a "fry-guy" to leading global talent initiatives, giving me a deep, firsthand understanding of leadership at every level. With experience as a front-line leader, Learning & Development Professional, and Talent Development Leader, I bring a well-rounded perspective to developing people and driving business success.

Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with McDonald's Corporation, Conagra Brands, IDEX Corporation, and ARAMARK, leading transformative initiatives in operations, human capital management, and global talent development. I’ve collaborated with C-suite executives and senior HR leaders to design and implement enterprise leadership frameworks, talent planning strategies, and workforce optimization solutions that deliver real impact.

As a People Function leader, I led the launch of an enterprise-wide talent development strategy that enhanced employee engagement, strengthened leadership pipelines, and modernized learning technologies. My work has also focused on integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into leadership strategies, ensuring that organizations cultivate inclusive cultures where talent thrives.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management from Colorado Technical University and multiple certifications, including SHRM-CP and CPTD. I’m also certified in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and KF360, equipping me with the tools to help organizations build leadership capability at scale.

Outside of work, I love traveling, music, and being outdoors. I also enjoy time with my pups, Alexis Rose and David, who inspired the name ARDAVCO. My passion for continuous learning and personal growth is at the heart of everything I do—because I believe leadership isn’t just a role, it’s a mindset that can be developed at every stage of life and career.
